We produce very limited quantities of each of our wines, releasing them only when they are ready. When they are gone they’re gone! Our latest releases are now available and our first sparkling wines - including our inaugural Blanc de Blancs - will be released late 2019.

Pink Pinot 2018 (Pinot Noir Rosé)

England enjoyed a near perfect growing season in 2018. From grapes grown in Essex, the Pinot Noir grapes were picked by hand and transported to the winery where they were gently crushed in the press and left to macerate for several hours to pick up its delicate pink colour. Whole bunch pressed directly to tank and allowed to settle before being fermented at cool temperatures. No oak, no malolactic fermentation, only delicate red berry and cream aromas.

Bacchus 2018

An aromatic variety that loves England’s cool climate. Perfect growing conditions in 2018 produced ripe, succulent, bountiful grapes. Grown in East Sussex, these Bacchus grapes were hand-picked and whole bunch pressed before the batch was split into two and fermented with different yeasts to deliver a more complex aromatic profile. Cool fermented in stainless steel at 13 degrees to protect the delicate floral aromas, this is a beautifully crisp, delicate Bacchus.
